Member must participate in 2 of the 4 Spring Horse Shows or request an individual variance in writing from the JCHC.

Member must submit a complete Horse Project Form to the Extension Office or Club manager by May 1.

Horse(s) must be validated online, according to 4-H rules by the required date set by 4-H, including fees and required papers and pictures.

Member must be 4-H age (completed at least 3rd grade) and not a Clover Kid.
